Privacy Policy

This policy describes how SCALIXGROUP processes information through Ads ROI Management Assistant, a private self-developed tool for our authorized Temu stores.
Information we process
After a store owner authorizes access, the application may process shop identifiers, advertising campaign and product identifiers, Product Ads reports, spend, sales, ROAS, and configuration or audit records needed to operate the tool. We do not sell personal information.
Purpose and legal scope
Information is used only to provide the functions agreed with Temu and the authorizing store owner: advertising analysis, profitability calculations, recommendations, and manually approved advertising actions. It is not used for unrelated purposes.
Hosting and service provider
Application data is processed on servers located in the United States. Our infrastructure service provider and sub-processor is Akamai Technologies, Inc.
Retention and deletion
Operational information is retained only while required to provide the service. Personal data will be deleted within 30 days after authorization or service completion, unless retention is required by applicable law solely for legal compliance.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted transport, restricted network ports, least-privilege credentials, and activity records. Advertising changes are disabled during initial testing and require explicit user approval when enabled.
Your choices and rights
Authorized users may request access, correction, export, deletion, or withdrawal of authorization. We will assist with applicable data-subject requests and stop processing when authorization is withdrawn, subject to legal requirements.
